Shannon Chase, a Baltimore, Maryland native is the owner/operator of Chase Courier & Transit, a reliable wheelchair accessible transportation service.  Shannon decided to open Chase Courier & Transit in January of 2019, for her Uncle, who was living in a local nursing home. When she would visit him, they would often discuss transportation that wasn’t covered by his insurance.

Chase Courier & Transit is safe, reliable and licensed with the Public Service Commission of Maryland. Transportation not only includes medical appointments, but anything else in between! Weddings, family events, grocery shopping, etc. Shannon is working on expanding her business within the community, by adding additional vehicles and hiring reliable drivers in the near future. 
 

Prior to entrepreneurship, Shannon received her Bachelor’s degree from Salisbury University and spent almost a decade working in Human Resources as a Recruitment Lead.  Shannon has also spent an equal amount of time in the Food & Beverage Industry as a part-time Bartender and Alcohol Awareness Instructor for the State of MD.

 

In her free time, Shannon enjoys hiking, outdoor festivals and spending time with her friends and family.
